Depending on how users access the website or contact us, information may include:

Minh Tru Technology does not seek information unnecessary for the relevant communication or service purpose.
4. No Public AI Chatbot in the Current Website Version#
The current version of the website does not provide Minh Tru Assistant or another public AI chatbot through which users submit questions directly on the website.
Accordingly, the current website does not intentionally collect user AI prompts or AI conversation histories for transmission to a third-party model provider through such a public chatbot.
If an interactive AI feature is introduced in the future, this Policy must be reviewed and appropriately updated before or together with that deployment.
5. Communication Channels#
Users may voluntarily contact Minh Tru Technology through published channels including:
- Zalo;
- Email;
- Phone.
When users choose a third-party platform such as Zalo, their use of that platform may also be governed by the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Minh Tru Technology does not control all independent processing carried out by third-party platforms.
6. Purposes of Processing#
Information voluntarily provided may be used to:
- receive and respond to inquiries;
- provide customer support;
- provide information about products or services in which the user has expressed interest;
- maintain website operation and security;
- troubleshoot technical problems;

Where cross-border processing or transfer falls within Minh Tru Technology's responsibility, applicable legal requirements will be addressed.

No Internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on the circumstances, requests may relate to access, correction, consent, deletion, restriction or other rights recognized by applicable law.
Identity verification may be required where reasonably necessary to protect personal data.

The website is not designed for the intentional collection of children's personal data.

16. 30-Minute Diagnostic Request Form (Operational Assessment)#
The website provides a dedicated form for the Minh Tru Operational Optimization service at /operational-assessment (Vietnamese) and /en/operational-assessment (English). This is a direct collection channel in addition to the contact channels described in section 5.
Information you voluntarily provide through this form includes:
- full name;
- company or organization;
- role;
- contact email address;
- phone number;
- the workflow you wish to improve;
- a description of your current operational problem, written by you;
- an optional estimate of time currently spent per month;
- the minimum technical information necessary for the operation and security of the form.
The form does not request, and should not receive, passwords, account credentials, sensitive financial information, or personal data belonging to your customers, employees or other third parties. The form has no file-upload function.
Information from the form is used only to review your request, to assess whether the Operational Optimization service may be relevant, to contact you about the 30-minute Diagnostic, and to carry out the operational and security handling necessary to run the form. It is not used for unrelated marketing.
Before submitting the form, you must actively tick a separate consent box. That box is not pre-ticked and carries no marketing consent. When you submit the form, the consent state, the applicable version of this Privacy Policy and the time of submission are recorded.
The current data flow is:
Applicant → Minh Tru Technology website/server → necessary validation and security processing → approved email delivery service → contact@minhtru.com
In the current version, email is the only system of record for a submitted request. This channel uses no database, no CRM and no persistent form-submission store on the website.
An email delivery service provider may process the minimum information required to transmit your submission to the Minh Tru Technology mailbox. That provider is not permitted to use your information for its own independent marketing.
The retention principle in section 9 applies to these request emails.
The data-subject rights described in section 11 and the contact route in section 15 continue to apply to information submitted through this channel.
